Booking Terms

A deposit is required at the time of booking for the amount of the first night's stay or 25% of the total, whichever is greater. Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellation
For cancellations within 21 days of arrival or by "no show" a charge equal to the whole booking will become payable.

Where a reservation is made using a debit or credit card, the same card will be debited with the cancellation charge unless another payment method is offered and approved.

When a reservation is for a 2-night minimum stay or a 3-night minimum bank holiday weekend stay, cancellation of only 1 or 2 nights will not be allowed and cancellations will be subject to full payment. If a reservation is cut short after arrival, the total booked stay will be subject to payment in full. We strongly advise guests to have appropriate travel insurance in place before they travel.

Where bookings are made within 48 hours of arrival, full payment will be charged to the credit/debit card given and no refunds given for any cancellations.

Guest Information

Check in: between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. Please notify us directly of your estimated time of arrival. Arrivals after 7 p.m. must be agreed at the time of booking.

Check out: 10 a.m.

Breakfast:
7.30 a.m. – 8.30 a.m.

Parking: No private parking facilities but on street parking and pay and display nearby. On street parking in Morrab Road is free and unrestricted on our side of the street. On the yellow line opposite, parking is available from 7 p.m. until 8 a.m. Monday to Saturday and all day Sunday.

Guests who smoke anywhere in the house, will be asked to leave immediately and a cleaning cost will be charged to the guest's credit/debit card.

We do not accommodate children under 5 years of age.

We reserve the right to charge for any damage, loss or excessive cleaning incurred.

We reserve the right to cancel any bookings which do not comply with the above Terms and Conditions.
