Booking Terms

Minimum stay – 2 nights during June, July and August.

 

Check-in time is between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. unless otherwise arranged.

 

Bookings are secured by providing credit or debit card details. No deposit is charged, however we reserve the right to charge for the first night in the event of no show.

 

If credit or debit card details are not provided a payment is required by cheque in the amount of one night’s stay.

 

Cheques should be made payable to Woodstock Guest House.

 

This payment is non-refundable.

 

Payment is to be made in full the night before departure.

 

We accept most major credit or debit cards as well as cheques accompanied by a cheque guarantee card, sterling traveller’s cheques and cash.

 

Rooms must be vacated by 10 a.m. on day of departure.

 

Cancellation Policy

A minimum notice period of 48 hours prior to arrival is required. We reserve the right to make a cancellation charge.

 

This charge will be equivalent to one night’s stay for each room cancelled.

 

If a payment has been made by cheque at the time of booking a refund will be at our discretion subject to the room(s) being re-let.
